Heidi W. Durrow is an American author of best-seller book, The Girl Who Fell From the Sky(novel) and the winner of the 2008 Barbara Kingsolver’s Bellwether Prize for Literature of Social Change. She graduated from Stanford University in 1991 with Honors. She received a M.S. degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in 1992. She received her J.D. degree from Yale Law School in 1995. She wrote a weekly column for the Stanford Daily.
