Banani Ray is an Indian spiritual guide and author of several books on meditation, mysticism and infinite human potential. She studied and mastered the Bhagvad Gita, when she was in school, and the book became her constant companion. She adored and took Bhagvad Gita as her guide. While she was teaching in a women's college, she experienced an awakening, and underwent a massive inner transformation, which led her to undertake deep spiritual practices in the quest for realization of the ultimate truth.
