The sublime moment seems to be only a product of allowing yourself to get through, to get to a lot of stuff in your life, write about a lot of stuff and not edit yourself. Jeffrey Scot Tweedy was born in Belleville, Illinois, USA. He is an American songwriter best known as the singer and guitarist of the band Wilco. He studied at Belleville Area College and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He started his music career in high school in his band The Plebes with Jay Farrar, which subsequently after several years formed into the alternative country band Uncle Tupelo. Wilco's first album A.M. released in 1995. Across Tweedy's career he has released fifteen studio albums, including four with Uncle Tupelo, ten with Wilco, and one with his son Spencer. He is the author of poetry book, entitled Adult head.
