Joey Skaggs is an American artist, writer and prankster who has organized numerous successful media pranks, hoaxes, and other presentations. He is one of the originators of the phenomenon known as culture jamming. He studied at the High School of Art and Design. He earned a BFA degree from the School of Visual Arts in New York.
