Frank I. Luntz was born in West Hartford, Connecticut, USA. He is an American political consultant, political Strategist, professor, and pollster best known for developing talking points and other messaging for various Republican causes. Luntz's most recent work has been with the Fox News Channel as a frequent commentator and analyst, as well as running focus groups during and after presidential debates. He is also an author of business books dealing with communication strategies and public opinion. He graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in history and political science from the University of Pennsylvania, and received a doctorate in politics from Oxford University. He was an adjunct professor at the University of Pennsylvania from 1989 until 1996 and also taught at George Washington University and American University.
