He served as Director of Admissions at Harvard Business School and President of The Lynch Group, a business consulting firm in Manchester, New Hampshire. He served as CEO of Knoll Inc., a national furniture manufacturer. He married Dr.Susan, a pediatrician and childhood obesity activist. They have two daughters and one son.
