Joan Marie Severance was born in Houston, Texas, USA. She is an American actress and former fashion model. She studied at Westbury High School, Houston. During her time in Paris, she posed for Sportswear International, Vogue Paris, and others. Upon her return to the United States, she became one of America's top models. She was also on the covers of the January 1990 and November 1992 issues of Playboy magazine, both featuring her in a nude pictorial. Her role in several films include: See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Worth Winning, Bird on a Wire, The Runestone, Criminal Passion, Payback, Black Scorpion II, The Last Seduction II, Last Sunset, Born, and Becker's Farm. Her role in several TV films include: Lake Consequence, Black Scorpion, Frequent Flyer, and Mystery Woman. She married fellow model Eric Milan in 1977. They separated amicably in 1984.
