John Edgar Hoover was born in Washington, D.C., USA. He was an American intelligence officer. He was the first Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation of the United States from 1935-1972. He was appointed as the sixth director of the Bureau of Investigation from 1924-1935. He obtained his LL.B. degree from George Washington University Law School in 1916. He obtained his LL.M. degree from George Washington University Law School in 1917.
