Eric Bogosian was born in Woburn, Massachusetts, USA. He is an American actor, playwright, historian, and novelist. He graduated from Oberlin College in 1976. Bogosian’s plays Talk Radio and subUrbia were adapted to film as was his solo, Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll. He has starred in several films including Talk Radio, Under Siege 2: Dark Territory and Wonderland. In television, he is best known for his starring role as Captain Danny Ross in the series Law & Order: Criminal Intent. He is the author of three novels: Mall, Wasted Beauty, and Perforated Heart. In 2015, he published Operation Nemesis: The Assassination Plot that Avenged the Armenian Genocide.
