Gary James Kemp was born in Smithfield, London, England. He is an English actor, guitarist, and songwriter who is the guitar player and chief songwriter for the 1980s new wave band Spandau Ballet. He also provided backing vocals on many of the tracks to lead singer Tony Hadley. He released a solo album entitled Little Bruises in 1995. His role in several films include: Hide & Seek, The Krays, The Bodyguard, Killing Zoe, Magic Hunter, Dog Eat Dog, and Assassin.
