Gilda Susan Radner was born in Detroit, Michigan, USA. She was an American comedian and actress. She was best remembered as an original cast member of the NBC sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live. She also portrayed those characters in her successful one-woman show on Broadway in 1979. She graduated from the University of MichiganĀ in 1964. Her role in several films include: The Last Detail, Gilda Live, First Family, Hanky Panky, It Came from Hollywood, The Woman in Red, Movers & Shakers, and Haunted Honeymoon. Her role in television include: Dr. Zonk and the Zunkins(TV series), All You Need Is Cash(TV film), Witch's Night Out, and Animalympics(Animated film).
