Jonathan Michael Lovitz was born in Tarzana, Los Angeles, California, USA. He is an American comedian and actor. He is best known as a cast member of Saturday Night Live from 1985 to 1990. He studied at the University of California, Irvine. In 2003, he began his stand-up career at the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles. His role in several films include: Last Resort, Three Amigos, The Brave Little Toaster (only voice), My Stepmother Is an Alien, Mr. Destiny, A League of Their Own, Trapped in Paradise, High School High, Sand, Rat Race, The Stepford Wives, The Producers, The Benchwarmers, Southland Tales, Jewtopia, The Ridiculous 6, and Mother's Day.
