Jennifer Lynn Barnes was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. She is an American novelist. She has been writing for as long as she can remember and published her first novel, Golden, when she was nineteen. She graduated from Yale University with a degree in cognitive science in 2006 and received a Fulbright to do autism research at the University of Cambridge in England. She recently completed her Ph.D in developmental psychology at Yale University. She has written other novels include: Perfect Cover, Trial by Fire, The Naturals, Killer Instinct, The Fixer, All In, Raised by Wolves, Taken by Storm, Nobody, Bad Blood, Every Other Day, and The Long Game.
