Jeffrey Lynn Goldblum was born in West Homestead, Pennsylvania, USA. He is an American actor. He is known for starring in the highest-grossing films of his era, Jurassic Park and Independence Day, as well as their respective sequels, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Independence Day: Resurgence, and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (upcoming-2018). His role in other films include: Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Threshold, The Big Chill, Into the Night, The Fly (Won- Saturn Award for Best Actor), The Tall Guy, Mister Frost, Deep Cover, Powder, Holy Man, Chain of Fools, Perfume, Igby Goes Down, Adam Resurrected, and The Grand Budapest Hotel.
