She wrote several novels include: Boston Adventure, The Mountain Lion, and The Catherine Wheel. She wrote several short stories include: The Interior Castle, Children Are Bored on Sunday, Bad Characters, and The Collected Stories of Jean Stafford (won- Pulitzer Prize for Fiction in 1970).
