Honor Blackman was born in Plaistow, Newham, London, England. She is an English actress. She started training at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 1940. She known for the roles of Cathy Gale in The Avengers, Bond girl Pussy Galore in Goldfinger, Julia Daggett in Shalako and Hera in Jason and the Argonauts. She is also notable for her role as Laura West in the ITV sitcom The Upper Hand. Her role in several films include: Quartet, Diamond City, The Rainbow Jacket, Suspended Alibi, The Secret of My Success, The Virgin and the Gypsy, To Walk with Lions, and Cockneys vs Zombies.
