Harry Micajah Daugherty was born in Washington Court House, Ohio, USA. He was an American politician and lawyer. He is best remembered for his service as Attorney General of the United States from 1921-1924 under Presidents Warren G. Harding and Calvin Coolidge. He served as a Member of the Ohio House of Representatives from 1890-1897. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1881.
