He worked for the New York Daily Mirror, and then became newspaper syndication manager for King Features. He wrote several books include: The great mouthpiece, Minutes of the Last Meeting, Good night sweet prince, Timber Line, and Schnozzola. He wrote or co-wrote screenplays for the following movies: What Price Hollywood?, Twentieth Century, The Call of the Wild, A Message to Garcia, Ali Baba Goes to Town, and Nancy Steele Is Missing!.
