Edgard Victor Achille Charles Varèse was born in Paris, France. He was a French-born American composer. He is known for his sonic experimentation and immense passion for electronic instruments. Because of his talent for music and keen interest in research and experiments with taped music, Varese is regarded as the most innovative composer of his time. His passion for using new instruments and creating electronic music earned him the title of the “Father of Electronic Music”.
