Arthur Kroker is a Canadian author, editor, educator and researcher of political science, technology and culture. He earned a Ph.D. in political science from McMaster University in 1975. In addition to being a Professor of Political Science at the University of Victoria. Kroker was appointed to the Canada Research Chair in Technology, Culture and Theory in 2003.
