Henry Cuyler Bunner was born in Oswego, New York, USA. He was an American editor and writer. He served on the staff of the Arcadian, at 22 becoming assistant editor and later editor of Puck until his death. He wrote several books include: The midge(novel), The story of a New York house, Love in old cloathes, Rowen(poem), The runaway Browns, The Nice People, and The suburban sage.
