She is best known for her appearances on NBC, particularly The Biggest Loser. She is also known for her appearance on the talk show The Doctors. She has written several books include: Winning by Losing, Making the Cut, Hot Bod in a Box, Master Your Metabolism (with Mariska van Aalst), The Master Your Metabolism Cookbook, Unlimited: How to Build an Exceptional Life, and Slim for Life.
