Daniel Richard "Danny" McBride was born in Statesboro, Georgia. He is an American actor, producer, screenwriter and stand-up comedian. He starred in comedy films, such as Pineapple Express, Tropic Thunder, Your Highness and This Is The End. He wrote and starred in the HBO original comedy series Eastbound & Down, as Kenny Powers, a washed up former major league baseball pitcher with anger management issues. In 2014, McBride and Jody Hill created and began preparing the comedy series Vice Principals for HBO.
