Jeane Dixon was born in Medford, Wisconsin, USA. She was an immensely popular American psychic and astrologer who captivated the public’s attention for almost 30 years, from the 1950s through the 1980s. She syndicated an astrology column, was an author and her biography would become a best seller. She was born under the name of Lydia Emma Pinckert. She was married to James Dixon, who had been previously divorced, from 1939 until his death. The couple had no children. She reportedly predicted the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. President Richard Nixon followed her predictions through his secretary Rose Mary Woods, and met with her in the Oval Office in 1971. She was one of several astrologers who gave advice to Nancy Reagan. She wrote several books include: Jeane Dixon: my life and prophecies, Reincarnation and prayers to live by, The Call to Glory, Yesterday, Today, and Forever, Jeane Dixon's Astrological Cookbook, Horoscopes for Dogs, and A Gift of Prayer.
