Jacques Rene Chirac was born in Paris, France. He is a French politician, who served as the President of France and ex officio Co-Prince of Andorra from 1995 to 2007. He served as Prime Minister of France from 1974 to 1976, from 1986 to 1988, and as the Mayor of Paris from 1977 to 1995. He earned a BA degree in Political Science from Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris in 1954.
