Jay Alan Sekulow was born in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA. He is an American lawyer and author. He is an attorney and Chief Counsel for the American Center for Law & Justice. He is a frequent guest commentator on the Christian Broadcasting Network and the Fox News Channel. Since June 2017, he has been on President Donald Trump's personal legal team that is charged with advising the President while there is an investigation into possible collusion with members from his 2016 campaign and the Russian government. He earned a degree in Law from Mercer University. He received his Ph.D. in American Legal History from Regent University in 2005.
