Ednita Nazario Figueroa was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She is a Puerto Rican guitarist, singer, and songwriter. She has been in the music business from a young age, and has released over twenty albums throughout her career. At 6, Ednita recorded her first song: "Mi Amor Lolipop," a Spanish version of "My Boy Lollipop". In 1973, she released her first album called Al Fin...Ednita. She won the Theatre World Award for her performance as "Esmeralda Agrón". In September 17, 2013, she release her new single "La Mas Fuerte" from the new album "El Corazón Decide".
